- Add the `confluent endpoint endpoint list` command to list Azure, Flink, or Schema Registry endpoints
- Added on-premises `confluent flink application instance [describe | list]` commands
- Added on-premises `confluent flink secret-mapping [create | delete | describe | list | update]` commands to manage CMF secret mappings
- Added an on-premises `confluent flink application event list` command
- Added on-premises `confluent flink secrets [create | delete | describe | list | update]` commands to manage CMF Secrets (sensitive credentials used by Flink SQL catalogs)

Bug Fixes

- Fixed `confluent local services start` so Confluent Control Center displays broker and controller metrics on Confluent Platform 8.0 and later; previously the cluster could appear degraded in Control Center with "Metrics data not available"
