Performs authorization for a `ClusterLink` operation on a specific link and returns the result of the authorization.

Parameters:

requestContext - Request context including principal and additional context for auditing

operationName - The `ClusterLink` operation name being authorized, for example `Describe`.

linkName - The cluster-link name being authorized.

logIfAllowed - Whether to emit an audit log entry when the operation is allowed.

logIfDenied - Whether to emit an audit log entry when the operation is denied.

Returns:

Authorization result for the operation.
