io.confluent.kafka.server.plugins.policy.CpcCreateTopicPolicy
All Implemented Interfaces:
CpcMetadataPublisher, AutoCloseable, org.apache.kafka.common.Configurable, org.apache.kafka.common.Reconfigurable, org.apache.kafka.metadata.ConfluentPartitionsPerTopicListener, org.apache.kafka.server.interceptor.Monitorable, org.apache.kafka.server.multitenant.MultiTenantMetadataPublisher, org.apache.kafka.server.multitenant.TenantConfigSourceAware, org.apache.kafka.server.policy.CreateTopicPolicy

public class CpcCreateTopicPolicy extends CreateTopicPolicy
CPC-specific create-topic policy.

Extension point for CPC clusters whose topic-creation validation needs to diverge from the Confluent Cloud behavior implemented by CreateTopicPolicy. It currently inherits all base behavior unchanged; CPC-specific differences are added here as overrides so the Cloud policy stays free of CPC conditionals.

Activated by pointing create.topic.policy.class.name at this class on CPC clusters; the broker loads it via config.getConfiguredInstance(...). When it is used, the base policy's CPC auto-detection (via ConfluentConfigs.isCpcEnabled) still applies, since it is inherited.
