Configuration for a schema association (key or value).

Field groups:

  • Shared: associationType, subject, lifecycle, schema*, normalize — read + write
  • Write-only: schemaTagsToAdd, schemaTagsToRemove — delta ops sent to SR; always empty on the read path

normalize is tri-state: Optional.empty() means "unspecified" (use SR / caller default), Optional.of(true|false) means explicit. "Unspecified" is semantically distinct from false.
