Interface ControllerConfigUpdater

Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Callback that applies stripped config changes via the Kafka controller.

Passed by the caller (e.g. ControllerApis) into OdysseyManager.handleIncrementalAlterConfigsWithOdyssey(Map, Map, KafkaPrincipal, boolean, ControllerConfigUpdater, Consumer, ExternalSchemaUpdater). The Odyssey handler strips association configs before invoking this, and passes validateOnly explicitly so the controller call honours the same flag as the rest of the pipeline.
