public interface ValidationMetricsRecorder

Sink for schema-validation metrics.

Decouples the validation logic from how metrics are published. The broker interceptor records into Kafka Sensors scoped to a topic-partition; Kora Edge will record per LKC, with no per-partition object to hang them off. Implementations must be safe to call from multiple threads and must not throw, since these calls sit on the append path.
